Other Resources at Harvard

Harvard College Library has an outstanding collection of Moroccana, including over 40,000 titles in Arabic, French, Spanish, and German. The centerpiece of the collection is a unique set of imprints from Fez from the period 1860-1920. Manuscripts, microfilms, and newspaper archives in Arabic complete the collection. Rare travel literature and literary works are found in The Houghton Library. Visual resources for Moroccan Studies, such as slides, photographs, and antique postcards are found in the Fine Arts and Loeb Libraries, and collection of over seven hundred North African artifacts is located in the ethnographic collections of the Peabody Museum.
