A cornerstone of the program is ties with counterpart institutions in Morocco, and in particular, University Mohammad V in Rabat. Research facilities in Morocco, including the National Library and Archives and the Royal Palace Archives in Rabat, the Tangier American Legation Museum Library, and the King 'Abd al-Aziz Foundation in Casablanca have close ties with the Moroccan Studies Program.
