The library is open to all to borrow or use in house the books, dvds, vhs films, maps, reference materials and curricula materials. It is one of the only libraries at Harvard University that is open to the public.
If you are designing a course of study on the Middle East region or Islam, or updating your existing one, contact cmesoc@fas.harvard.edu about information on getting work space and time over the summer to use the library as your course resource.
