As part of Islam Awareness Week (March 12 - March 16, 2007), The Harvard Islamic Society Presents:

"Friday Prayer"

You've seen Muslims praying in the video montages CNN and Fox News broadcast to supplement their reports on terrorism and war. You're too smart to be subliminally influenced by that propaganda, no? Well, in any case, come meet Harvard Muslims and observe their prayers in real time at their congregational Friday prayers on campus. The prayers include a short sermon and then ritual prayer. All are welcome to come see and discuss what it's all about.

Where: Lowell Lecture Hall

• Call to Prayer on the steps of Widener, 1pm (Mon 3/12 - Thu 3/15)
• Book displays in the Coop and Harvard Book Store (Mon 3/12 - Fri 3/16)
• Open Halal Food Dinner Table, Prepared by the Adams House Head Chef, 6 PM (Thurs 3/15)
