A luncheon seminar with Sherman Jackson, Professor of Arabic and Islamic Studies, University of Michigan. A response will be offered by Farid Esack, William Henry Bloomberg Visiting Professor at Harvard Divinity School. This event is co-sponsored by the Harvard Divinity School's Center for the Study of World Religions (CSWR) and the Islam in the West graduate student workshop. One in a series of seminars on the theme Whose Religion? Which Morality? Conflict and Authority in World Religions.
