This farcical comedy follows Adel Imam, a father who simply wants to move his children to a school closer to home.  Attemping to navigate the bureaucracy at the Education Administration, a series of frustrations and unfortuate coincidences leads to Adel's seeming armed confrontation with the Administration's guards.  As a terrorist, his demands to the Minister of Internal Affairs are simple: Shish Kebab made of high-class lamb. After having a hearty meal with his hostages, however, his demands become more political and he non-violently challenges the might of the political aparatus.
