About the Speaker:

Dr. May Al-Dabbagh is a research fellow at the Dubai School of Government in the area of gender and public policy. Her research interests include cross-cultural and social/organizational psychology; theory and method in assessing the relationship between the self and context; cultural and gender differences in leadership, decision-making, and job-related outcomes. Dr. Al-Dabbagh has written on the psychological dynamics of work-related stress among women in the developing context of Saudi society.
