**If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, it is strongly recommended and in certain cases required that you reserve bartending services.  The Beverage Authorization Team (BAT) is a very good campus resource for inexpensive bartending services.  Harvard Student Agencies (HSA) is another good resource for providing this service.
